Mel Zelenak is the President of Maly Commercial Realty. Mel specializes in ground up new development opportunities.

Mel has worked in commercial real estate for 19 years and has facilitated over $350,000,000 in development and sales.

Mel is a University of Missouri graduate and sits on the University of Missouri’s Finance Advisory Board along with the Ronald McDonald House Board of Mid-Missouri. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling and is passionate about all things related to Mizzou athletics.
